Total Care Health nursing

Total Care Health is a specialist nursing division of Access. Our mobile nurses can provide treatment in your home, workplace or place of study, so you can continue your day without the need for a visit to a clinic or hospital.

Nursing services at home

Our nurses focus on wound care management and other specialist clinical services such as catheter care and IV treatment management. We are able to provide assessment of acute and complex wounds using products that are at the leading edge of the wound management process.

Getting funded services

Services are free if your needs are approved for government funding, or by ACC if you have an injury.  You can also pay privately for in-home nursing services, or a combination of both.
We can help you with how to get funded nursing support.

Complex care

Skilled and experienced nursing teams can provide support for people with complex needs, including 24/7 care when needed.

Getting a referral

Ask for a referral to Access from your nurse or GP, Te Whatu Ora | Health New Zealand, ACC or your local Needs Assessment and Service Coordinator (NASC). Or you can refer yourself and we can help you with the next steps.
